Thanks for the links and summaries, guys. I couldn't find anything about the percentage of world's banknotes that they print, but I agree they certainly are a very large printing firm with a fantastic history. Dave
Dave.. I researched this in earnest the last year or two and it was even posted in one of my contest's...I do not know the exact number of Countries but it is a Large percentage...Just look up the De La Rue Company and read of its history and background. Gee's seems like everyone wants to put me on a chopping block lately.. What's up with that...what have I done? RickieB
Rickie, my apologies if the query came off wrong. It was just intended as an honest question. It would not have occurred to me in a thousand years that De La Rue printed most of the world's banknotes, so I was just looking for some information that backed up that statement. I am familiar with the company (because they have printed French banknotes ), just not the scope of their services I guess. No chopping block, sorry, sorry... Dave
Dave... no worries mate.. it was one of those days for me..I got beat up pretty bad today so I might be a little jittery.. RickieB
