I found three 1947 and one 1953 nickels today. I held off on doing another "hennig" joke, lol. Not bad on silver today though.

Hey, you've read up on the Henning nickels stuff and know what to look for, right?
I haven't found one in years, though I have bid on some on eBay. I just saw 3 on there last night. I think 2 were 175.00 and the 3rd one was 250.00. Nice payday if you can find 'em.

The fastest way to study those are the Photos I posted. It may be awhile before I find mine.
The easiest ones to recognize are the looped/damaged R, the missing mintmark on the War Nickel, and the die crack.
I've also read mention of a tiny dot above and to the left of Monticello, though that's not absolutely confirmed, along with tiny dots on the M in Monticello.

I either now have a double or i have 4 or of 5 silver 2005 quarters, found in circulation. I'll know when I'm home if it's a double.
