    I don't know what I like about that coin the most:

    The bent rim, the nicks and gouges, the obvious cleaning, the wear and tear, or the spotting.

    Looks like it had a lot of verdigris spots on it that he tried to remove (eraser?).

    Looks like it could use a good home. Then maybe it can rest from all the abuse it has taken.

    Someone needs to throw that thing in the ground to be found by a metal detector hunter in about say 100 years.

    I just looked at a bunch of flying eagle cents on EBAY just trying to get an idea of what "cleaned" and uncleaned looks like. To my extremely untrained eye it looks like the majority of them have been cleaned.
