Ink or solvent smear?

    Looks like ink wash residue. When they have to clean up parts of the press, sometimes it drips on the machine, and later or during the printing process leaks onto the paper later,and is smeared onto the printed paper. :)-O)

    Noost... it looks like a partial note wiper pattern ink smear to me.
    But it could also be a solvent smear as well.
