This Seleucid coin was struck in commemoration of Alexander the Great. They are so common, and the prettiest seem the silver Tetradrachms. The coin was posted before, but I need to make sure if there are any signs of irregularities which could lay doubts on its authenticity. Please post a comment if you can. It weighs 17 g. Thanks.

A bit soapy and weird looking, with lots of craters. I wouldn't buy it. Though my opinion is worth what you paid for it.

Thanks @Ryro . I still need one opinion, no matter how accurate it is. Cheers.

Can you show us a picture of the edges?
The reddish deposit (over Heracles’ eye) seems to be a point in its favor.....if that is what it is.
Perhaps drastically worn dies would result in that “soapiness.”
    A tough call.
