Hey guys, Here we have another experiment with the new camera... an 1899 Barber dime. No adjustments on color, brightness, contrast, nuthin'... just copy and paste. Comments and opinions are welcomed. Heck, I'll even beg for 'em.
That's a pretty dime! I like the emerging toning. Is that a die crack at 11:00 on the reverse? Cool. Also, what's going on with Liberty's cap?
How about a strike through? A previous coin had a piece (separated lamination?) fall off and was retained in the die for the next (this coin) strike.
die chip in the cap. Die crack on the reverse. Both very nice. Attractive coin, I'd go 65. but, hey, what do I know? I wear glasses.
An absolutely wonderful specimen. Worthy of an Mint State 66 grade. The reddish-gold and blue toning on the reverse, just screams BUY me, Buy me. SWEET!
