Hi my name is Jack. i'm an 18yr old college student and i spend most of my life eating ramen noodles and wondering if the power is going to stay on. i resently met a nice lady and she has some unusual coins she posted them on her message board earlier tonight asking what they are. she promised me that if i can find them a home and get them sold she'll give me 25%. come on please! ramen noodles are getting really old. does anyone know anything about these coins.

Looks like more ramen noodles. It appears that the quarter has been dipped in a solution that disolved the inner layer of copper.

    Only my opinion though.

Howdy Jacko - Welcome to the Forum !!

Sorry to tell you this, but it looks like more noodles on the menu :( The coins are damaged and as such basically worthless. You can still spend them though. Both coins suffer from corrosion, and the quarter was once an encased coin. That means somebody put it through one of those machines found at the mall or a carnival like when you make a lucky coin and encase it in a horseshoe.

My advice is to find a thin girlfriend on campus who has a fat meal card.

As far as the power thing goes, hey you in college make your own heat.

Enjoy those noodles. They will taste better then most food in the finer places does when you in your forties.

Sorry, Jacko. Those are only worth face value, and she better hurry at that. Looks like they're about to disintegrate completely.

And if you buy ramen right, you know, it's only about 8¢ a pack.

    Good luck!
