I was going to tag you since I knew this is your all-time favorite book. Looks like you beat me to it lol.
The book has given way too many folks false hope. There are better options for those that wish to learn the hobby.
I guess that depends on whether they discovered more stuff that will make you rich. If they did, I'd think the answer is simple, unless you want to miss out.
I'll be honest, I really, really don't like this book and don't see a need to buy any version of it, updated or not. In my opinion, it ranks down there with Cherrypicker's Guide in terms of "books not worth spending money on." If you are interested in error coins, buy a book that will actually educate you. I grew up with the "Error Coin Encyclopedia" by Arnold Margolis and Fred Weinberg. That one is old and might be hard to find. Mike Byers wrote "World's Greatest Mint Errors" in 2009, and I can highly recommend that book. Forum member @JCro57 also recently released "Mint Errors to Die For." I haven't had a chance to read that one yet, but it got great reviews.
Don’t have it. Don’t need it. Don’t want it. It’s useless in my opinion. There are much better books available.
