Yes on rolls comment. Thanks. I also think that they say uncirculated and they are and stack the deck between two variables. Indian Head and/or 1909 VDB or other desirable coin get even with their wallet Captain Sully

Just an analogy senior. How about a Silver Buffalo Nickel on one end of one as silver obverse Jefferson'
Definitely doesn't work with a kleenex! Most of what shows is clad. The one thing really popping is the '64 dime but it is shiny and new anyway. There are another 4, 5 silver quarters under there. Need to grab some of that luxury tp you guys use.
Do what I did…. Go to a truck stop bathroom and pull yourself 12”-18” of the John Wayne stuff and stick it in your pocket….. They put lotions and such on those Kleenex tissues and that don’t work so well.
Before 9 pieces of silver, quite a few W mint mark as well, clad, as comparison. After. Still deceptive. I'll get a roll of Scott's later on. Single ply.
Tried it with some cheap industrial one ply. Right is sunlight, left is overhead indoor incandescent. Not seeing much. Will try at work tomorrow.
OK, here we go... The silver-clad shows up as silver, but the "dirty" Barber quarter doesn't quite make it.
the rolls you are seeing are ones that dealers made from breaking up proof sets...you can get just about any year of proof coin going back to the 50's this way, but remember they are all clanging around, especially when they dump them out for display pictures, the possibility of all or some being impaired is pretty high, i have bought some cents and dime rolls before, most of them were proof-60 to proof 65, with a select few pf-68 or higher..
