I never could get a taste for Pepsi. Too sweet. Honestly, not a soda guy. But when I was deployed, all we had was Coke so that's my mainstay if I'm going to have a soda.

Very nice, I always enjoy your posts. :)

Are you sure that you cant drink coke that's 50 years old? I'm not saying its a good idea but I think its okay as long as its in a glass bottle and hasn't been opened. It definitely wouldn't taste great but it would be pretty funny

    Great finds, and expertly written.

Agreed. Though to be honest I hate both drinks, they taste gross to me. I just like Coke because they had very appealing advertising/bottles back in the day.

I have been considering opening a 1980's coke and drinking it with my friends at the FUN show. I would just take a sip. Anything more and I would spit up my breakfast lol.

You could have said that about me and it would be just as accurate. Except for the 78-year-old grandfather part.

@potty dollar 1878 I didn't know you were in Florida. Any plans to go to winter FUN next year? Me and a couple of online friends will be there.

I couldn't help but think of Nuka-Cola from the Fallout series when you posted this.

That's what got me into Coke collecting actually. As a kid I was addicted to fallout and Nuka cola stuff, then I grew into Coca Cola since thats the IRL equivalent.

Those are some fun video games, and it doesn't seem right that the most recent single-player release is almost 6-years old.

Back in the 1980s this statement had a whole different meaning!! :)
