1989 P Roosevelt Dime-Collar Clash Obv. & Die Clash Rev.

    Hi guys,

    I have this 1989 P Roosevelt Dime and see that there is a Collar Clash on the obverse right side and a partial Die Clash on the reverse. Can I refer to this as a 'Partial Die Clash' because not all of the indicators are there for a die clash?

    Second question, is this rather uncommon to have a Collar Clash and Die Clash occurring on a coin at the same time?
