What is the longest time you have waited on a shipment to arrive after receiving the 'Item Shipped' email from the mint? I was just wondering since I received the email two weeks ago on my order, but the item has yet to arrive. I do know the mint was delaying shipments to the Gulf Coast, but I don't live close to that area. Just wondering??? Thanks, Jim

PS - Can someone help me with the process of how to fill a claim since the mint has charged my credit card. The shipment had, I guess as all of them do, 'delivering confirmation'.

I usually get the notification the day after the product arrives......so I guess -1 day, go figure

Get your Delivery Confirmation # off the mint website. Take that # to your local P.O. or track it online through the USPS website. If you don't find out anything there, call the mint.
With most major Credit Cards you have 60 or 90 days to dispute a charge, so you've got time.
I've had stuff get lost for 2 months before, don't panic yet.

Keep us informed as to the out come of your lost shipment. 2 weeks does seem like a long time to get from Memphis to Lexington.

    Legacy Set finally arrived

I received a shipping email from the mail on 9/14. My Legacy Set finally arrived yesterday 9/29. The route the set took is as follows:

1.) Left the Fulliment Center in Memphis TN on 9/14
2.) Arrived at Bolingbrook, IL Distribution Center on 9/15, left on 9/15
3.) Arrived in Detroit, MI on 9/15
4.) Then scanned at my home in Lexington, KY on 9/29

What a round-about way to ship an item. No telling how many times it had to be handled by numerous people. No wonder our taxes keep creeping upward. I now understand why the folks in the Southeastern part of the US say that you'll have to go through Atlanta when you die. Atlanta is our Delta hub in this part of the country. I am sure everyone has a city like this in their part of the country. -Jim

Man, it takes y'all in CONUS a long time to get your shipments!! It usually only takes about five days to get to me in Germany.
