does the ink and gold leaf/flake transfer on the reverse do anything for this 320k run star note? the reddish substance is actually how the gold looks. i verified it with the bottom right corner prior to posting. (to make sure i didn't look like an idiot)
If you collect strictly from circulation and like it and can afford to keep it, then keep it. To me it’s a spender.
While interesting, I don't think it has much of a value over face, at least not to me. Ink transfers and smears aren't that uncommon.
I kept it because of the run size, I just happened to notice the reflection of the flakes and took a look a little closer. If I got anything in regards to increasing value then obviously I would want to take better care of it than in an envelope with the other Star notes.
