    This Nerva obverse not only has a giant nose; his ear is even bigger.

    And this Hadrian from Alexandria with a Nilus reverse has a nose that comes to an actual sharp point.

    Octavian/Augustus has a very pointy nose on this coin.

    Yeah, this coin is real. Had to look it up in my SNG Cop North Africa plate book... the coin listed had the same nose! Then I bought it. Interesting depiction by the die-cutter.
