2020 Salt River Bay Error?

It looks like there is an "S" and a "O" "underneath" of the E and the P of "E Pluribus Unum".

Thoughts?

It can't be a "Dropped Element" because there is no font that small on the coin, and the spacing would be too far apart. What other strikethrough do you think could have caused it?

 

Plating issue. There's some more at the L and U as well...jmho...Spark

 

It’s MD. The lettering is incused so the mechanical doubling looks different. If you look real close you can see and extra E and P.

Machine doubling is really common and does not add any extra value to the coin.
