1974 D Kennedy Half.... DDR or Machine doubling

I'm really liking my new Digital Microscope. I use a lighted 10X lamp for roll hunting with a 15X small handheld magnifier under that when needed. I almost missed this one but the Digital affirmed what I saw.

So interested in all of your comments as ALWAYS! You folks provide some sanity for this old guy. Thanks in advance. I'm learning sllooooowwwwllllyyyyyy.

So if it is a dbl die should I have it graded? Coin is an EF me thinks.

Worth 50 cents not a true doubled die its machine doubling flat and shelf like and no don't get it certified.
