Here is a new one I found while going back through the hoard.. Now that I am into errors and such.. its great to go back through and find a neat one..
What is that? Maybe 12% Counter clockwise? Any clue as to a Value?

    nothing much addition.
up to 10 degrees is considered within tolerance.

May be a sill question.. sorry.. But would that be just for the Buffalo's and does each coin have a % that is unique to that coin?
I have just never had one before so??

I believe that %'age is for all coins.

    [US that is.

    Foreign, who knows.]

All coins need have 15% rotation or more to even start getting excited

All coins need have 15% rotation or more to even start getting excited about them and with coins from mid to early 1800's it's a common thing.
It is much rarer to find 15 or 20% in a coin since 1995 to date.
Also nickels are the most often encountered minor rotations.
