I just received their email that gold reached over $1200 and the mint suspended all orders. It was instead a misunderstanding. Thank You for the valuable advice!
CIRELAW: What was a misunderstanding? They sent out the same e-blast last week when gold was at $1186.30 and approaching a new daily high to subscribers of their PM alerts and email newsletters. That email was discussed in this thread. The new e-blast is basically the same ad with a bit of information rearranged and some new figures inserted. Also there is at least one employee of that company who is a member here on CT that contributes to their promotions and announcements from time to time in the forum. You can look him up in the past discussions and ask questions about their company. He's usually pretty obliging to inquiries. "move along, move along, nothing to see here..." just an advertisement...
Thank You I read it and called the mint right away as I am spending my last payment next month. I'm recovering from a stroke and 4 month coma in Punta Rainus Costa Rica 6 years ago and due to an occasional 'Brain Fart' what goes in does't always come out right. I have to be careful with my financial investments. So after this month I hope to buy Buffelos. Is this the way to go with my excess retirement??
CIRELAW - The last thing we want is for people to think we are spreading rumors. We never said the Mint suspended all orders, just that they have suspended sales of a couple of products. To clarify, the email actually said: "Gold continues to make new record highs, having just broken through the $1,200.00 per ounce barrier. This news comes on the heels of last week's announcement that the U.S. Mint has suspended sales of 2009 Gold American Eagle and Silver American Eagle coins due to unprecedented public demand." I hope this clears things up. Please feel free to get a hold of me with any other questions you may have.
Thats fine! Customers like me may offen misconstued offers which make them fear of situations that are not correct. I guess I better read more carefully. You do have some great prices!
After next month instead of purchasing the Ultra High Beauty from our Mint like I've done for the past 5 months. I intended buying my first Buffalo or comprable gold investment. For Myself, are the pretty Bisons he way to go and invest in the circus. Or should I put my money in other forms of Gold? Any direction will be greatly appreciated.
