I was thinking ms-62PL or MS-63. 62 without the designation seems a little tough on this beautiful coin.

 

I guess they are still conservative with this date.

I had one in a PCGS doily that was also a 62 that looked 63/64. Oddly enough, CAC didn't even like it as a 62 (failed to sticker).
