Let's see the third side.. The edge. There would be no reeding on a Broadstruck. Why? Broadstruck coin would be struck out of the retaining collar.
Yes uncentered broadstrike. EDIT I see @paddymans point though, that is the easiest when there is reeding involved. Your coin looks to have a rim on the right side. Meaning it doesn't look struck off center to me.

Found it in my penny jar. Well, my various coin jar, that is. Big old thing, took me weeks to sort and then microscope all of em. Was actually lots of fun though. Now I'm wondering if I'm going to have to go back through them now that I can see all the other errors that could occur...
