    i have the 2008 w egale ngc ms 69 but i am thinking of
    buying the proof of the same coin
    except is it worth buying the pf70 instead
    the 69 is going $81 and 70is abouth $110
    your thoughts

    Go for the '69 Dave. Ain't worth the premium for a '70. 'specially with bullion coins.....MHO. :smile

    Just as important is consideration of the TPG.
    In the market a PCGS PF-69 is probably worth more than an ICG or ANACS PF-70.
    NGC will be closer to PCGS than the other two.

    I'm talking perceived value.
    The exact same coin in all those holders will be valued higher the the PCGS slab.
