Some people who buy those off of TV or out of some ads pay more than $30 a piece. My local dealer won't go below $21 because he knows people will buy those for gifts and what not. But I agree with Coleguy...if you sold it on ebay you'd get more than spot. Especially if it's graded MS70 by a reputable co. like NGC or PCGS you'd get more. But don't try selling it as an MS70 unless it is graded by those guys or you are a professional grader.
Depending on who it is graded by on what it would be worth. If it is raw then, as mentioned, it is $20 or so. I recommend searching ebay closed auctions on ebay to determine a range.
