Hello CoinTalk! I’ve been working at our little moms and pops new and used store vintage and modern to new items and I just got paid with this 50$ bill that has a printed line right beside Mr Grant himself! I put close ups where you can see what it looks like up close but it looks definitely like a print error dead smack on the bill.. anyone know the value of something like this? The other day someone came buy a gave me a hundred dollar bill that looked almost the same and the 100$ bill is crisp and clean no creases or nada but has some error print lines dead smack in the middle of the bill, thank you coin talk for all the feed back you give us, it’s definitely interesting reading and to obtain more knowledge from all of your input!! If you need a better close up I suppose my iphone11 can manage a better xoom
Definitely from a teller stamp. EDIT: Think about where the strap goes...right around the middle. Then they stamp the strap and sometimes it goes onto the bill.
The hard center crease doesn’t help, for sure a Walmart spender, a couple cases of beer and a tank of gas.
Well then I guess I can use this 50 to pay my class with it. And buy some chicken feed for our new rooster and hen.
Yep, late to the party, but nothing more that the edge of a tellers stamp that missed the band they put on. Very common and NAV, no added value, so spend it.
