My wife complained when the kitchen table was covered in coins, so I moved upstairs to a vacant desk and again got in trouble. Finally forced back into my office where she said me and my stuff belong.

Ah yes this is known as Nomad Coin Disorder.(NCD) I too have been inflicted with this one on multiple occasions. This is a clear case of Syptom G.:)

Thanks, I've been a collector since 1963 and now I know what's wrong with me. I didn't realize I had a virus. That explains a lot. That explains why if I don't get a coin fix I go a little crazy. I need to go get me a fix. Off to the LCS. Maybe a cheap Indian cent will hold me for a day or two. If not then I'll have to crack open my safe and grab a roll of Morgan dollars and dump them in my hand. The sound of silver dollars banging together can usually get me through another day.

I didnt realize how far and wide CTBS had spread until crafting this thread. It is far worse than I imagined. It seems we have all been infected to some degree or another. But rest assured knowing you have the bug is half the battle. ;)

Ha ha, I have more pennies than you do. Thank God my wife does not like guns or I'd be counting pennies from heaven...

ACCS (Anti Coin Collecting Spouses) could be classified as symptom "H"

Ask Aiden if he has dreams about coins, or do you have them also? That's when you know you are in trouble.
Myself, I made a silent promise that I'd only collect coins until I needed coke bottle glasses. LOL

Too late Mountainman the dreams of coins have already taken over both Aiden and my sleep states. You are correct at this point there is no going back. Therefore Coin Sleep State Inception (CSSI) must be Symptom "I" :)

Obviously the sister of my wife. Troll.....I mean the under the tree kind. Boy, did I destroy her shoe and Jeans collection the first time she tried the banned to the room act on me. I hid those suckers everywhere, and not in pairs for the shoes. I miss that day... a lot.

She walked around barefoot and in a granny skirt for a couple of days doing a Poke Salad Annie interpretation, until she finally found them all. Fun stuff.
