Strange Penny

    I got this penny in my change recently. It's concave like a saucer (or convex, depending on which side). The front is missing most of the copper and the side has varying thickness. Does this look like something that happened at the mint or something somebody did to it?
    The penny in question is on the left in the dual pics.

    Welcome to the forum target022. Looks like post mint damage. Keep looking there's still some goodies out there.
