grade my 1890 CC morgan

Well I just got home from the coin show in Pasadena......the real goal was to try and find coins for my 1940S set, came across this cc morgan and just curious what you guys/gals think...grade and maybe price? thanks


oh and been working on my photo editing a bit..thanks to all those that have helped...now if I can get a camera that will take a better picture of my smaller coins that would be fantastic

oh I'd say about a VG-8/10 somewhere in that range.

 

The obverse looks vg-8 but the reverse appears fine. Can go either way.

 

well then I feel pretty good....I paid $70 which is 30 less than numismedia and coin values give for G4...have no clue what greysheet is

I'd call this one a G-6, max. It's probably worth around what you paid for it.

Grey Sheet has this one at $70 Bid in VG.

I think that maybe G6 would be the grade, and no more than VG8

I would give a VG. I spent about $65 for a similar graded 90-CC about 4 or 5 years ago and its price hasn't changed significantly since then.
