From your pictures, I see a circulation ding running parallel to the diagonal stroke in 'N' - just PMD from what I can tell.
There is a large scratch (damage) next to the N in ONE on the reverse. The obverse has toned differently because part of it was more exposed to environmental conditions than the rest
