    It looks like:

    Great Imperial Japanese Government
    Bank of Japan
    1944 ND Issue
    10 Yen
    Front: Portrait of Wakeno Kiyomaro at right, red block number
    Back: Goo Shrine at center

    The watermark indicates further information about the note -- There are three varieties of watermark.
