Not sure on the reverse side of this 1956d if it could be machine Doubling something's going on there just not sure need an expert opinion.. thank you in advance Greg
Don't get mad but there are no Experts here just Specialists , that said I don't see enough evidence to proclaim your statement . Good morning Sir .
If you are referring to USofA, it looks like machine or strike doubling. No added value to these. Is the obverse as good as the reverse? Nice looking coin for being 65 years old
I think he's referring to the "PLURIBUS", which CLEARLY has quite a bit of machine doubling... Nice looking coin.
hey @Epperson2359 the top on the reverse is just MD. believe me sir, very common. i thought i was gonna be a millionaire before i got the whole Mechanical, Machine doubling understanding of things. let the air right outta my balloon......... but I'm still here. better luck to ya man
. 1 Hey brother thanks for the encouragement, I’m still having fun I went last night and I studied about the different machine doubling the way you could tell between machine double and double dies, I’ll post a couple pictures of the coins I’ve been finding in coin rolls, thanks again
