1869/9 Indian Head Cent?

These photos really don't give me a good view and the coin isn't a high grade which makes it tougher. Any thoughts?

Boy, I just blew it up and sure cant see it.

 

I didn't see any ridges that would convince me. Looks very corroded. Its cheap but Pass.
