1811 Capped Bust Small 8, what do you guys think?

    AU50-53...nice, clean half...the scratch is hardly noticeable or a factor.

    Die erosion...the same thing that caused the stars to elongate to the rim.

    If you look at the O-106 coin here, it has the „shadow“ below the 8 too, so I‘d say most O-106s are expected to have it.

    I think it is a great-looking coin. Probably AU55. I might think it higher if it was in my collection (accumulation.)
