By that I was thinking its either a details coin or its graded extremely high or low, something surprising.
The coin looks clean outside of a couple small dings on the obverse. I don't see any evidence that the coin has issues. So, I think it's a straight grade MS65.
Wow, this coin is tough and I think this is really one of those coins where you need to have experience with the series. The BTWs are notorious for having remnant planchet roughness on the face (cheek & jaw) but what I am seeing looks more like hairlines that you would see from a wipe (cleaning). There are also hairlines in the fields but I can't tell if those are from cleaning, circulation, or die polish. You don't have any circulated grades available which would seem to exclude an AU58 grade, so that leaves me thinking the coin is UNC Details, Cleaned.
If it is not cleaned, and they are viewing those hairlines as planchet roughness, I would lean towards MS67.
MS 66 ...looks solid overall If I was voting based on the comment you made, I'd guess there was some weird details grade (like wheel mark).
MS65. There are so many on the market that TPGers tend to look at them for 15 seconds and give them a grade.
Nobody got it, and only one person voted CAC in the poll, and one voted '+' . Almost all of you did get the numerical grade though, so there is that.
