A coin colleague TMoneyeagles has presented a post on a coin that was given to him by his Father. This coin is a commem that depicts a "Stamp" and that stamp had to be engraved...he has a pretty neat write up on it in his Thread http://www.cointalk.com/t79720/#post743369 and I invited him to join our Group.

Please pay that Thread a visit, I thought it was pretty cool.

    TMoney...

I think what the OP is asking is what is up with the "Presentation" as to why are we doing it ?

So to the OP.. The Security Engravers Group is a gathering of Paper Money Collectors here on CT. Each of us do a presentation on a vignette of our choice along with a synopsis of that vignette and engraver(s) who worked on it.
It is a way to share information on different notes, stamps, vignrttes from all over the Globe that were at one time engraved by a Security Engraving Artist.

    Hope this helps...
