Found this coin roll hunting about a year ago. Sadly, the condition is not very good and there is some bad environmental damage, but I've been told by the coin community forum user Tropical Bats that this is one of a very small number of these known to exist (perhaps in the low double digits). Doubling is most visible in notching on the bottoms of T and R of TRUST as well as the tops of the U and the second 9 and 6 of the date.
There is no need to mention your membership at the other forum or name any of the members there.. You are on CoinTalk now so forget about them Looks like a Doubled Die variety but not totally sure.. Let's check with @Rick Stachowski Oh and when you post your pictures choose the function to enlarge the image not the thumbnail function.
doesn't seem to match . Jim http://www.varietyvista.com/01b LC Doubled Dies Vol 2/1996 Photos/1996PDDO001b 96 of date 2.jpg
If they banned you sal how long would i last lol Ahhh CU I thought it was another I didn't know lol Yeah I tend to be much more quiet over at CU.. guys buying selling and posting 10k+ coins scare me lol
Exactly what I thought. Except there is notching and separation lines that match FS101. I would still like to see the full obv. and rev. This is a difficult coin to locate in any grade.
@Rick Stachowski @Pickin and Grinin Happy to upload a better picture when I have a chance. The coin (along with the rest of my collection) isn't in my current apartment, so it will be a while before I have a opportunity, but for now you can see a couple other photos on my original post to the CCF https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=372066. I am very confident in the ID, however, as it has been corroborated by nearly all of the top error and variety experts on the CCF (not sure why there seems to be animosity between some of the users here and their forum, but I've had nothing but good experiences there on the whole and find their members to be extremely knowledgeable). Doubling is perhaps most visible on the bottom of the last T in TRUST.
