    I don't know much about Morgans, but that's a really well struck coin.
    grade.. I'll guess 62 because of the scuffs/scrape on the left obv.

    I think that nasty field mark off the eye is going to bring it down to MS63. I think it's MS64, otherwise.

    Absolutely agree. It is a really beautiful coin, whose grade is held down from being a solid 65 or more, because of the obverse top left hand fields. So, settle for a nice 63+, in my opinion. It has a 66 reverse.
