1918/7 Buffalo VG8 (ANACS)

    OK. I Know this is a bit rare, but values swing wildly depending on where you look.

    In the real world, what's a sensible value????

    $1,200,00 give or take a few bucks. Dealer would probably buy in the $950-$1000 range. With that being said, I think they were pretty generous with the grade on it.

    There is my opinion, its worth just what you paid for it!

    PCGS price guide says:

    G-4 $1100
    VG-8 $3100

    prices realized may vary. I would expect it to be just a bit short of that guide

    Many thanks Jim M. Value is a figment of the purchacers imagination...

    Truth is, I paid nothing for it. I inherited it. I think you're right, the ANACS grader was having a good day when he graded that one. Wanna buy it?

    Just saw a NGC G-4 for $965

    I would say, $1000-$1200 based on heritage prices.
