I've seen many sellers say that they will only ship to a confirmed address; why is this? As a seller should I be concerned about it?
It void your sellers/ agreement with Pay Pal insurance.if you ship to a different address no insurance thur Pay Pal
Thanks Jello. If you state this and a buyer bids and wins but still wants it shipped to a non-confirmed can you refuse to complete the sell without any negative feedback possibilities?
As an eBay seller myself for several years, I haven't had any problems with buyers with unconfirmed addresses. I would suggest that you purchase insurance if the item is valuable so the buyer cannot come back and say they have a problem with the purchase. At least that covers your expense. I find that reviewing buyer's feedback in all cases helps also.
I have never had this happen so I do not know what the buyer can do as far as feedback.but sure they can leave a bad feedback for anything.I would let eBay & Pay Pal work one like that out
