there were too many kind and type of coin holder, capsule, case, slab and many sizes you can choose from. but based on your experienced. which one is better?. i only knew without pvc is better. and i also knew some household wrapper, cellophane paper, sandwich bag which can be use as a protector for coins. specially the sleeves, box and case. so it can maintain the whole set in new condition.
No cardboard for me. I use Airtites and Coinworld Anacs-style slabs. I just like the added protection and professional-looking display they offer.
i have searched around and found what i think you are talking about, but can you provide me with a link to those that you are using? is the coin held in place by a pliable insert? thanks
mint case for proof set i liked u.s.mint cases for proof set and silver proof set. but it can't be reuse. now i don't like it.
sorry, i should have been more clear. i was curious about the anacs slab style. i am curently using ait tites for most of my items. thanks
airtite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everything else i have is in cardboard 2x2's or dansco albums. for any coin worth $5 or more i put it in an airtite. ( if it has no place to go in my dansco collection )
what he said - except I think my limit is somewhere around $10.00 or more. Other than that, cardboard 2x2's in a binder.
This company sells the anacs holders. They are avail. in two styles, anacs and PCGS. If you are a subscriber to CoinWorld Magazine, they will give you a nice discount price on their various items. Anacs style holders
best holder or case i like case or holder that can be open and re-use. at the same time it is airtite and pvc free. lastly, of course it should be cheap and affordable.
