I honestly stared at it for at least 10 seconds, trying to figure out what i was looking at, lol.

 

I got a silver 3 cent in change once. Teller was passing it off as a dime and I certainly didn't correct her!

 

Outstanding!

 

Nothing better than coming back from over 10 days vacation, to find the person covering for you, has no idea about silver coins, lol.


Found this first thing this morning, lol.

 

Followed quickly by this.

 

As always, some pre-war nickels.

A bunch of '40 and '41 nickels, as always, but this is the prettiest.

 

I basically got skunked today the box of nickels was all new!!!although I did find a couple wheaties in the other.

 

This caught my eye. Couldn't tell if it was painted, or if the clad got peeled off, somehow?
Threw it back after pics.


Whatever is going on, it was destroyed.

 

Looks like it went through a cement mixer.

I still had my last weeks stuff out, too lazy to put it away. Made a nice pic though, both weeks total, so far.

That's right @potty dollar 1878, five silver quarters (six if you include the Canadian) and five silver dimes, in 2 weeks, lol. And i had two silver nickels that week too (none this week... yet).

 

Nice going @CoinJockey73, I'm still waiting to find some 90% silver at work.

Let's just say, all the stars have to align for me to have a day like today, lol. But none of this is handed to me as change. I've only ever recieved one silver quarter handed to me as change, as far as i know.

I do not work in a bank, but i work closely with a couple banks.
