I looked at this thread and the other one he posted...what nobody has mentioned is how in the hell was a 1999 cent WITH OBVIOUS ZINC ROT minted on a copper-nickel flying eagle planchet? Does he think we're totally stupid? I'm surprised that nobody else mentioned the zinc rot on the OP's coin, too...

 

This person reminds me of the guy that keeps posting pennies with nothing wrong with them, lol.

 

He had several threads on this same coin, and I and several others did point it out but he refused to answer how this could come about.
