Could be a lamination and its a little underweight but I'm thinking more like damage definitely not worth sending in anyway.

I think it's PMD, (post mint damage) wait for some more opinions on it tho ;)

It could be lamination but also could be damaged and corroded
Not worth sending in to NGC

From those pictures that just looks like damage. Were it a lamination error it's not worth but a couple of cents anyway.

I Have had the coin for over 30 years and kept it just because it was a wheaty, my phone camera isnt very good but it looks just like something was on the planchet before it got struck

Try a setup with your phone camera where the coin and the phone are parallel to each other to get a direct shot with no angle, that might help give your photo more clarity and not so much blur, I'm willing to admit it if I'm wrong, but from what I can see in those pictures I cant tell for sure...

Putting the phone on top of a soda can and very slightly zooming in can take a stable photo.

It looks a lot like PMD but the last photo makes me think it's a worn lamination error. Not worth a lot but nice to have.

    Welcome to CT.

That is slightly better, I'm not seeing any displaced metal so it could be a Lamination or a strikethrough of some foreign object (not sure what) Usually with an area that size there would be a fair bit of metal pushed up around the edges if it was damaged post mint... I'm not an expert tho lol

stikethrough of some foreign object is what I was thinking too, from the cheek to the rim below the word "IN" there is a lip or edge. anyhow thank you for any help !

On first glance of your first photos, I was at lamination, but the last photo looks more like PMD, so without it being in hand, I just can't tell, but I would say it wasn't worth sending in either way.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

I believe it's a lamination error, but the coin also has environmental damage, which kills any value. Even without the environmental damage, the lamination would only add a couple bucks (if you could find a buyer)
