Another one I am trying to help my friend get a value on. She is very worn but you can read the date .
I know not the best pics.
Any help would be appreciated. 3.jpg 4.jpg

I would grade it AG3 or even FR2, but it still has value. Maybe $500.

    FR-02 is okay.

But $500 is way high to me.

I collect them and wouldn't pay that much.

When I first read your post I thought you were stating that your friend was very worn, then I saw the coin. Lol

AG maybe. I have no idea what it is worth but I would pass on $500

Man that's a trooper there. That thing's survived a lot of melting pots over the years. I'm sure someone would buy it. I would not. If I were selling it I wouldn't pass up a reasonable offer. Even the most desired coin in that bad of condition is going to see a major discount. If I got 300 for it I'd take the money and run.

looking at the Red book i see a pretty high premium for a AG-3. I'd "peg it" at $500.00 but the first $350.00 would get it from me if I had it myself in that condition. "Opinions are like belly buttons, everyone has their very own.":)
