picked up another 1974 Iceland two coin proof set in pilofilm here's the scans since the plastic doesn't photograph well
Hi, I am new to this site so excuse me I am not up to speed , I noticed you like collecting 874-1974 iceland coins. I have the three peice set 1100th aniversary set withe 10,000 krona gold coin. I am having trouble trying to get these coins valued could you recomend a site or maybe you might no what thier worth roughly. I would be greatly appreciated I live in Australia and they only want to estimate these coins on gold value. Thier in near mint condition still in thier protective case and the little red box they came with the little flyer that explains every thing. How many sets where minted in the three peice set as the gold coin thier where only 8,000 minted from the mint. this thread is a couple years old, so the OP may not respond, but there are a couple of collectors of Icelandic coins on the forum. If you Post a new thread with your question you should get a response. It may take a bit.
