The last whatever amount of the ATB quarters could be bought in rolls and bags from the US Mint. Washington Crossing the Delaware is an one-off. Will they even keep that reverse from now on?

I collect the S mint rolls.

There will be no S mint rolls as far as I can tell. I do not even see rolls or bags of the WCD quarters listed on the Product schedule. The only S's available would be those in the proof sets. I may be wrong. But that what it looks like to me.

It looks like a 1 time issue to me.

I think the P and D can only be found in rolls and in circulation. No S for business strikes only proofs in sets.

Thanks, that's unfortunate. What made them start striking MS coins at the San Francisco mint ATB quarters in the first place? I'll investigate that.

At the moment no S mint rolls. But it is only April so they have 8 months to change their minds.
