It might be kind of hard to tell through the packaging but I'm wondering if these are PL strikes. Through a loupe, in-person, and from the pics, the surfaces of the fields are optically smooth with no flow lines or cartwheel luster. I can also tell that the fields are mirrored like a proof coin, despite the plastic cover from the 2010 Mint Set (Korean language version, not the "foreign" version) amplifying the mirroring effect. My guess it that it's one of the relatively earlier strikes at the Mint. In terms of grading, TPGs like PCGS might allow it based on an objective standard of mirroring on a business strike coin (they made this decision/announcement back in 2019... I show a 2019-D Lincoln Cent coin I found on the 'net at the bottom as an example - it has a lot of flow lines but it meets the objective mirroring standards for a BU strike). But I want to send it off to NGC, and I'm unsure if they'll allow that designation based on whatever standard they're using. I also don't see a PL strike in the population report for the 2010 year. I see some denominations have one example in a previous year like 2005/2006. Thanks in advance!
