There are a few scratches on the face, maybe that's why it got it, but they aren't bad. The reverse is practically mark free; I would give it a 62. 60, 61, or 62 - it still is a nice coin!
It is a very beautiful coin....looks like it may have a lot of contact marks on the obverse, maybe that is why they only gave it MS60...
I agree, the coin has several marks on it that knocked it's grade down to MS60. I wonder how many of those marks are on the slab though.
Here's my only MS60 coin (was previously in an NGC MS61 holder). I like the coin even though the Indian's face is a little banged up. Looks better in hand as photos are very unforgiving.
.......those obverse scratches should buff right out! WHOOPS! then it would be labeled genuine. (visual head slap here).
