I think the reverse bumps it up to MS63. Nice example!

Wow That is a beautiful coin. Based on the photo, the coin has nice original luster, I would guess it to be an MS62 with the cheek chatter.

Coin has fabulous luster for that date. Strike is borderline ok—none of the s mint strikes are particularly good. Fewer bagmarks than you might think—the toning makes it look baggier than a bright coin would normally.

MS 62 ...unc (don't see wear) but slightly more chatter than on a 63

Went with 63...but with an outside chance of + or 64 depending on graders, day of week, time, mood, hangover hanging on, argument with wife or girlfriend, lunch/GERD, et al...all the realities that affect grades. Very nice coin AND photos...love that champagne tone color so much more than white.

I'm going to say MS-64. Why do you ask? Because it's the only date I need in a 64 to complete my collection. I've been looking for years and can't find one that's PCGS, MS-64 with a blue label. And this is it. That's why!

Ok, most got it right. It is a solid BU uncirculated coin, with a no surprises grade. Anybody who guessed in the 62-64 range was right. Above 64, this coin gets wildly expensive, as it is a conditional rarity in gem grades.

I've found a few in 64 but the price was $300 or more over gray sheet. I'll get one one day!

The obverse is MS62 but the reverse is MS64-65, so I say the resultant grade is MS63.

:) :). I agree with your analysis. I love the coin for its pale Golden toning.
