Metal Detecting - 2nd Barber Quarter & Mercury Dime

    Hello everyone,
    Yesterday I did a 6 hour Metal Detecting hunt at Hunter Island Bronx NY.
    Within a 2 week period I found my second Barber Quarter.. This one is dated 1911 :woot:

    Congrats wow Amazing finds,my good fourteen to you;)I think that indian is an 1897 or an 07,im not surprised you found that musket ball new york was basically nothing 200 years ago.

    I'll bet the thrill never goes away!! Fun finds, especially that musket ball. Might be older than our nation. Wouldn't that be something!!

    When I was in Boy Scouts we had a Jamboree at the base of the revolutionary war fort called Fort Ticonderoga in N.Y. We found a few of those musket balls by our tents. Nice haul, and another Barber.
