1999 P Dime with Plating Issues?

Hello my CoinTalk Friends! Thought I'd share this dime I found in my pocket change with you. I put a question mark in the title as I'm not 100% sure it's a plating issue (mint error) Thought I'd run it by you peeps and see if it's a keeper.

enviormental issues not an error.

 

I just copied and pasted the following which I posted on someone else's thread..

Environmental Damage caused by exposure to the elements. Sand, soil, dirt, chemicals and water will tone the Cupro-Nickel clad.

Nickels are also made of Cupro-Nickel and suffer the same Environmental toning damage.

Here are many examples from my metal detected finds..

 

ED and not the kind a pill can fix, so NAV, no added value above face IMO.

 

That's a clad coin so it's not plated. Just stained from the environment.

Also these are clad - not plated.

Clad coins are a mechanically bonded sandwich of 75-25 Copper-Nickel outer layers over a100% copper core.
