63PL i think PCGS is more strict when it comes to grading these.

 

M62 due to so much distracting chatter, but as far as detail and lack of wear, without the bag marks and chatter, it should have graded higher. JMHO.

 

MS-64 PL This is a nice looking coin.

64PL. Remember, PL coins exaggerate flaws, with their high reflectivity. It is a beautiful coin.

 

Looks like it could be PL so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and call it MS-63 PL.

For comparison, here is my 1883-O NGC MS-63 DPL. In some ways, not as nice as yours.

 

MS 63 PL (could see anything in the 62-64 range)

 

Any more observations? I’ll post the reveal in about a half hour.

 

It’s got some deep hits and in all the wrong places. I’ll say at best MS63PL, but even that might be generous.

 

I'd say 62PL, but seems they're (TPG's) are really lenient on Morgans, so the label is probably 63PL

Not surprised at the DMPL designation at all. A keeper, for sure.

 

I couldn't tell if it was deep or not so I went with PL. I also said 64 but I think it's a great coin even though it's a point on the low side.
